Project Description
Zervas Open Space
Beacon St at Zervas
Buy the two houses on Beacon St adjacent to Zervas Elementary School and turn the lots into open space that would serve the school and the public well.
Zervas has the smallest play area for kids and that has a high negative impact.
Any construction at Zervas threatens the wetlands as well and this approach would alleviate that problem.
Further, with more adjacent space available, Zervas expansion may be kept to a single storey and not need swing space.
